7 dec 08 Early in the morning, woke up to buy the train tickets to 通宵 Station in Miaoli County. We went back to the hotel ,packed our stuffs and took the train to 通宵 Station. Upon reaching, we took a cab to the Flying Cow Ranch. We had a sumptious lunch at the Flying Cow Restaurant. Beef noodles and desserts were yummy!! Serving for the hot pot was generous that we could not finish. Next, we toured around the cow ranch. Took some pictures with the goats, rabbits and mare marez (sheeps), fed the gooses, babysit the mare mare and even milked the cow personally. What a great experience!! Didnt know milking a cow there are so many procedures to follow. We left the place around 7pm and took a cab back to 通宵 Station. From there, we took a train to 台中 station. Upon reaching the Twinstar hotel, the services provide by the staff were good but the room conditions were poor (cockroaches were seen). I could not wait to leave the place as soon as possible. Upon checking in, we took a cab to Yi Zhong Jie (a place where there are night markets). We shopped around 1130pm and went back to our hotel.
